There were issues on booking the appointment as the online request did not work both times I tried so had to phone. During the appointment there were problems with my Perphrial test. I had issues on my left eye and so had to repeat the test to ensure there were no problems. However I use glasses for computer and reading as was not advised to wear them during the test and so wasn't able to see the images clearly. The Optometrist asked if I had done the test with them on and then suggested I repeat it for my left eye using my glasses. I then got 100%. As staff have your records perhaps it would help if they checked if you would need to use glasses to carry out this test as it would benefit them to not have to repeat tests. Optometrist was very patient and explained the tests and answered any questions.

I had good service from the optometrist. Unfortunatly, I had to wait quite a long time past my appointment time.
